Terms of Use
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of solya.app and any product page, demo or content we publish here. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
1. The site
solya.app is the marketing website for Solya, an AI-native decision platform for retail. The site is operated by Solya SAS, a company registered in France.
The site itself is informational — booking a demo, reading a use case, browsing the blog. It is not the Solya product. Use of the product is governed by a separate commercial agreement signed with each customer.
2. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site in a way that disrupts it, harms other visitors, or violates applicable law. Don’t scrape it at industrial scale, attempt to break authentication boundaries, probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization, or impersonate Solya or anyone else.
We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or block access if usage threatens the integrity, availability or security of the site.
3. Intellectual property
All content on solya.app — text, illustrations, code, logo, brand assets, product mockups — belongs to Solya SAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Reading, sharing a link, quoting briefly with attribution: fine. Republishing entire pages, training models on the content, or using the Solya brand commercially: requires written permission.
Third-party logos shown on the site (e.g. partner retail systems) belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate compatibility, not endorsement.
4. Demo booking
Booking a demo is handled by Calendly, a third party. The data you provide there is processed under Calendly’s own terms in addition to ours. We use the booking only to schedule a conversation and follow up about Solya.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. Numbers shown in case studies, screenshots and demos are illustrative; actual outcomes vary by deployment.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Solya SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site (loss of profit, opportunity, data, reputation). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — notably gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a different venue.
9. Contact
